Workshop, 15.04.2010. 09h30 - 12h00, Room 2, CIG, Villa Barton, The Graduate Institute.  The present workshop will provide a deliberative forum and a multi-disciplinary analysis of the relations between climate services providers and climate services users. More specifically, the workshop will question whether climate products and services offered by providers are actually in line with needs expressed by the business sector. The analysis aims to concretize the results of the World Climate Conference-3 held in Geneva last summer, which decided to establish a Global Framework for Climate Services to strengthen production, availability, delivery and application of science-based climate/weather prediction and services.
