Cisco Systems Inc. has entered the top 3 in the Covalence EthicalQuote ranking calculated for 581 multinationals within 18 sectors, joining two other technology companies: IBM (#1), and Intel Corp (#2); Xerox (#9) and Dell (#10) complete this domination. Technology companies were strong on criteria such as labour standards, international presence, joint ventures, environmental impact of production, product environmental risk, and humanitarian policy. In Q1 2010, Pepsico Inc. entered the top 10 (#8) across sectors, while AT&T Inc. became the new leader in the Telecommunication sector. Companies generating the highest volume of information during the last quarter have been: Google Inc. (and the censorship issue in China), Toyota Motor Corp.
