With nearly a decade of experience in the field of sustainable finance, Tenke Zoltáni is an independent advisor in Geneva specialised in impact investing and venture philanthropy. Tenke advises NGOs and social enterprises on how to overcome the hurdles unique to their businesses—whether preparing pitch decks and financial models, marketing efficiently to communicate their message, recruiting advisors, or building a dynamic network. On the investment and philanthropy side, Tenke works with clients ranging from families to investment funds to identify, design, implement and manage sustainable financial solutions to impactful investing and philanthropic giving. In her previous role, Tenke was an Investment Manager at Islan Asset Management in Switzerland, advising global agribusiness Bunge on direct investments ($300k)+ in food, water and energy projects. In 2013 Tenke was selected as a Fellow of the Global Economic Symposium.
She is a Committee Member for 100 Women in Hedge Funds, leading and supporting events and outreach for women in Switzerland. Tenke is a CAIA charterholder, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and a M.Sc. in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. She speaks English and Hungarian fluently, with an intermediate level of French and basic German.
Geneva’s top female distance runner, when not working, Tenke can be found logging miles in the Swiss countryside.
